NAVIGATION SYSTEM(except Sedan) Display does not Dim when Light Control Switch is Turned ON

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK IMAGE QUALITY SETTING

      Display the "Display" screen.

   2. Turn the light control switch to the tail or head position.

   3. Check if "Day Mode" on the display adjustment screen is on.

      Result

2. CHECK IMAGE QUALITY SETTING

      Touch the screen button on the "Map Settings" screen to display a screen similar to the one shown in the illustration.

   2. Turn the light control switch to the tail position.

   3. Check if "Day/Night Map" on the display adjustment screen is on.

      Result

   TURN DAY/NIGHT MAP TO "Night" OR "Automatic"

3. CHECK VEHICLE SIGNAL (OPERATION CHECK)

   1. 

      Enter the "Vehicle Signal Check Mode" screen. Refer to Check Vehicle Signal in Operation Check.

   2. Check that the display changes between ON and OFF according to the light control switch operation.

      Tip:

      The display is updated once per second. It is normal for the display to lag behind the actual switch operation.
