OIL LEVEL SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  3. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the engine oil level sensor connector.

    2. A200044

      Remove the 5 bolts and engine oil level sensor.

      Note:

      Do not deform the engine oil level sensor float or allow it to come in contact with other parts.

    3. Remove the gasket from the engine oil level sensor.
