  1. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. Roll up the floor carpet.

    2. Remove the battery service hole cover.

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 5 AIR HOSE

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the No. 5 air hose.

  3. REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the air pump connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and air pump assembly.

  4. REMOVE AIR PUMP INLET

      Slide the clamp and remove the air pump inlet.

  5. REMOVE NO. 5 AIR HOSE


    1. Slide the clamp and remove the No. 5 air hose.

  6. REMOVE AIR PUMP BRACKET

      Detach the air pump connector clamp.

    2. Detach the 3 fittings of the air pump insulator to remove the air pump from the air pump bracket.
