HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER LH

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER COVER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Connector Lock

      Release the connector lock and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. E265009

      Remove the 2 screws from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.
