FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note:

Do not try to remove the nylon tube as it is welded to the fuel suction with pump and gauge tube assembly (Click here).

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

    1. A316169

      Disconnect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

      Note:

      Do not damage the wire harness.

    3. Release the lock as shown in the illustration and slide the fuel sender gauge assembly to remove it.
