REAR SUSPENSION SYSTEM DETAILS COIL SPRING AND SHOCK ABSORBER

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. The rear suspension support structure allows the vehicle body panel to be located between the rubber cushions.

    2. The spring rate is optimized to achieve high handling performance and good ride comfort.

    3. Low-pressure (N2) gas sealed rear shock absorber assemblies deliver stable damping force characteristics, providing excellent maneuverability and ride comfort.

      Note:

      To prevent hazardous conditions, make sure to empty the gas from the rear shock absorber assembly before discarding the low-pressure (N2) gas sealed rear shock absorber assembly. For details, refer to the Repair Manual.
