When a problem occurs in the power source circuit, the fail-safe function works to stop the power assist.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ENGINE STOP AND START ECU - RACK AND PINION POWER STEERING GEAR ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the B1 rack and pinion power steering gear assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
