SLIDE DOOR (w/o Power Slide Door) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE DOOR LOCK CONTROL KNOB BEZEL (w/o Auto Closer)

      Using a "torx" socket wrench (T25), remove the 2 "torx" screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the door control knob bezel.

  2. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WINDOW GARNISH (w/ Auto Closer)

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the slide door window garnish.

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Auto Closer)

      Using a clip remover, remove the 20 clips and the rear door trim board sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Auto Closer)

      Using a "torx" socket wrench (T25), remove the 2 "torx" screws.

      Disengage the 19 clips and claw and remove the rear door trim board sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR SERVICE HOLE NO.1 COVER

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the cable from the slide door lock remote control assembly.

    3. Remove the slide door service hole No.1 cover.

  6. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 links.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear door inside handle sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the link.

    2. Remove the bolt and the slide door lock cylinder assembly.

      Disconnect the link.

    4. Remove the bolt and the rear door outside handle assembly.

  8. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK CHILD PROTECTION COVER (w/ Cover)


    1. for Clip Type:

        Remove the clip and the rear door lock child protection cover.

    2. for Tape Type:


      1. B007QGE

        Remove the rear door lock child protection cover.

  9. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPEN CONTROL LINK ASSEMBLY (w/o Cover)


    1. B007UND

      Disconnect the link.

    2. Remove the clip and the rear door open control link assembly.

  10. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY FRONT

      Disconnect the cable.

    2. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T30), remove the 3 "torx" screws and the slide door lock assembly front.

  11. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR CONTROL JUNCTION FEMALE


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the 2 bolts and the slide door control junction female.

  12. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR DOWN FEMALE STOP

      Remove the 2 bolts and the slide door down female stop.

  13. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR FULL OPEN STOP LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. Disengage the clamp.

      Remove the 2 bolts and the slide door full open stop lock assembly.

  14. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR CLOSER RELAY (w/ Auto Closer)


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the bolt and the slide door closer relay.

  15. REMOVE REAR DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Auto Closer)

      Disconnect the cable.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T30), remove the 3 "torx" screws and the rear door lock assembly.

  16. REMOVE POWER SLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Auto Closer)

      Disconnect the cable.

    2. Disengage the clamps and remove the bolt.

    3. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T30), remove the 3 "torx" screws and the power slide door lock assembly.

  17. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the 5 bolts and the slide door lock remote control assembly.

  18. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE

      Disengage the 11 clips and remove the rear door scuff plate.

  19. REMOVE SLIDE RAIL END MOULDING


    1. Pull on the end moulding while sliding it toward the rear of the vehicle. Disengage the clip to remove the slide rail end moulding.

  20. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR UPPER RAIL CUSHION


    1. B007UAZ

      Remove the bolt and the slide door upper rail cushion.

  21. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR LOWER RAIL PLATE

      Remove the bolt and the slide door lower rail plate.

  22. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the slide door roller assembly lower base from the notch on the slide door rail lower.

    2. Remove the slide door roller assembly upper base from the notch on the slide door rail upper.

    3. Slide the door toward the rear of the vehicle, remove the slide door hinge center base from the slide door rail center, and remove the slide door.

  23. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR ROLLER ASSEMBLY UPPER


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the slide door roller assembly upper.

  24. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY CENTER


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the slide door hinge assembly center.

  25. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR ROLLER ASSEMBLY LOWER


    1. Remove the 4 bolts and the slide door roller assembly lower.
