ECM (for DPF) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE 4WD CONTROL ECU


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the bolt and 4WD control ECU.

  3. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL ECU (for Automatic Transmission)


    1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

      Remove the 2 bolts and transmission control ECU.

  4. REMOVE ECM

      Disconnect the 6 ECM connectors and detach the 3 clamps.

    2. Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and ECM.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ECM BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 ECM bracket.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ECM BRACKET
