WASHER MOTOR(for Hatchback, Wagon) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/o Rear Wiper)

      Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

      Tip:

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

  3. DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Rear Wiper)

      Disconnect the 2 washer hoses from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

      Tip:

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

  4. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Wiper)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR BUSH

      Remove the windshield washer jar bush from the washer jar.
