BATTERY BLOWER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

    Tech Tips

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 2 hybrid battery intake duct is necessary.


    1. Install the No. 2 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

    2. Install the HV battery Click here.

  2. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    Note


    • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.

    • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.


    1. Install the battery cooling blower assembly with the 3 nuts to the battery cooling blower bracket.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the battery cooling blower bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      17 N*m  { 168 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Install the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct with the 3 clips.

    5. Install the floor carpet.

    6. Install the No.1 rear heater register bezel with the 2 clips.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  4. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side Click here.

  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  6. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  7. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  8. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side Click here.

  9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side Click here.

  10. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
