UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL REASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (w/ Lock Cylinder)

   1. 

      *1

      Stopper

      Push the stopper and insert the glove compartment door lock cylinder assembly to the glove compartment door assembly to install it.

2. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

   

   1. Install a new No. 4 instrument panel cushion using adhesive or double-sided tape in the location shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

   1. Install 2 new No. 1 instrument panel cushions in the location shown in the illustration.

      

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

   for Single Type Airbag:

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

   for Single Type Airbag:

   for Dual Type Airbag:

6. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER CONNECTOR

   1. Install the center instrument panel register connector with the 2 screws <A>.

7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

   Click here

8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (w/ Speaker)

   1. Attach the 8 wire harness clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly on the other side.

   1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 2 screws <A>.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 3 screws <A>.

12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

    1. 

       Attach the 2 clips to install the instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

13. INSTALL BOX BOTTOM MAT

    1. Install the box bottom mat.
