DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly receives an abnormal signal from the headlight unit.

  1. CLEAR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here

  2. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    2. Inspect the light using the dimmer switch.

    3. Check for DTCs.

      Remove the headlight unit LH.

    2. Remove the headlight unit assembly LH from the headlight unit LH.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A-1 - E-8 Always Below 1 Ω
      A-2 - B-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      B-2 - C-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      C-2 - E-7 Always Below 1 Ω
      D-1 - F-4 Always Below 1 Ω
      D-2 - F-3 Always Below 1 Ω
