PROCEDURE
RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
PRECAUTION
Note:After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Note:When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SUPPORT
REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 2 VACUUM TRANSMITTING HOSE ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE
REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

Radiator Assembly

Intercooler Assembly
Remove the 4 bolts and intercooler assembly from the radiator assembly.

REMOVE CUSHION
Remove the 2 cushions from the lower radiator support.
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT

Remove the 4 bolts and 2 lower radiator supports from the intercooler assembly.
