The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) driver and front passenger*1 airbags are used as supplements to the seat belts to help to reduce the shocks to the head and chest of the driver or front passenger*1 in the event of a frontal collision.
The SRS front seat side airbag is used to help reduce the shocks to the heads and chests of the driver and front passenger in the event of a side collision.*2
The SRS curtain shield airbag is used to help reduce the shocks to the heads and chests of the driver, front passenger, and outer rear passengers in the event of a side or rear side collision.*2
