REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Center) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    3. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

    4. A005E5SE01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

    5. Connect the connector.

    6. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

    7. A005ALUE01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  2. INSPECT SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCKS


    1. During the sliding operation of the rear seat, check that the left and right adjusters move together smoothly and lock simultaneously. If the seat adjusters do not lock simultaneously, loosen the seat installation bolts to adjust the adjuster position.

  3. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH (for LH Side)


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear inner seat track bracket cover RH.

  4. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH (for LH Side)


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the rear inner seat track bracket cover LH.

  5. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH


    1. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

    2. Engage the 3 guides and 3 claws to install the front inner seat track bracket cover LH.

  8. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH


    1. Engage the 2 guides and 3 claws to install the front inner seat track bracket cover RH.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
