    1. Theft Warning Radar Sensor Assembly


      1. A theft warning radar sensor assembly is provided in the map light assembly.

      2. If the theft warning radar sensor assembly detects an inappropriate entry into the vehicle interior or if the door glass is broken by an intruder, a warning signal is sent to the main body ECU.

      3. The theft warning radar sensor assembly detects intruders by sending an ultrasonic wave and detecting differences in the frequency of the reflected wave.

      4. The theft warning radar sensor assembly, which is linked to the auto alarm system, is set automatically when the system transfers to the armed state (and the setting of the auto alarm is completed).

      5. When the theft warning radar sensor assembly detects a moving object in the vehicle or that the door glass is broken, the system transfers to the alarm state.Then, the system sounds the horn and security horn assembly intermittently, blinks the hazard warning light for approximately 27.5 seconds and performs a forced locking operation.
