BLOWER UNIT REASSEMBLY

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

    1. Install the filter.

  2. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air filter case.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the motor with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL RECIRCULATION AND FRESH DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the damper servo with the 2 screws so that the protrusion on the lever of the blower assembly fits securely in the groove of the damper servo as shown in the illustration.
