REAR BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  3. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE KICK DOOR CONTROL SENSOR (w/ Touchless Power Back Door)

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE

    1. Detach the 6 clamps and remove the No. 2 luggage wire.

  7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER CENTER GUARD

      Remove the 8 clips.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear bumper center guard.

  8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE EXTENSION LH

      Remove the 2 clips and rear bumper side extension LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE EXTENSION RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER LOWER COVER

    1. B426435

      Remove the 4 clips.

    2. Detach the 14 claws and 3 guides and remove the rear bumper lower cover.
