AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM(for Manual Air Conditioning System) Air Conditioning Compressor Magnetic Clutch Circuit

DESCRIPTION

When the No.3 heater control sub-assembly is turned on, a magnetic clutch on signal is sent from the AC terminal of the ECM. Then, the engine room relay block assembly turns on to operate the magnetic clutch assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Date List.

    5. Check the value(s) by referring to the table below.

    1. Disconnect the D21 No. 3 heater control sub-assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the valve(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

    1. Disconnect the D6 main body ECU (network gateway ECU) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
