ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  3. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    1. A350238

      Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

    2. Using a 17 mm (12-point) deep socket wrench, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

      Note:

      If the engine coolant temperature sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
