COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR

   1. Install the No. 2 cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      3.9 N*m

      40 kgf*cm

      35 in.*lbf

   2. Attach the 5 wire harness clamps to connect the wire harness to the fan shroud.

2. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR

   1. Install the cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      3.9 N*m

      40 kgf*cm

      35 in.*lbf

   2. Attach the 3 wire harness clamps to connect the wire harness to the fan shroud.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 FAN

   Note:

   Do not switch the fan and No. 2 fan when installing them. Parts may be damaged if the cooling fans are installed in the wrong locations.

   1. 

      Install the No. 2 fan with the nut.

      6.3 N*m

      64 kgf*cm

      56 in.*lbf

      Tip:

      The No. 2 fan has 11 blades.

4. INSTALL FAN

   Note:

   Do not switch the fan and No. 2 fan when installing them. Parts may be damaged if the cooling fans are installed in the wrong locations.

   1. 

      Install the fan with the nut.

      6.3 N*m

      64 kgf*cm

      56 in.*lbf

      Tip:

      The fan has 7 blades.
