PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH)

      Component without harness connected

      (Integration Control and Panel Assembly (Height Control Switch))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      G72-4 (HSW) - G72-10 (IGH) Switch pushed Below 10 Ω
      Switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (height control switch).

      Component without harness connected

      (Integration Control and Panel Assembly (Height Control Switch))

      Apply battery voltage between the terminals of the switch, and check the illumination condition of the integration control and panel assembly (height control switch).

      Standard
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → G72-5 (ILL+)

      Battery negative (-) → G72-6 (ILL-)

      		 Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly (height control switch).
