OUTLINE
A Dynamic Rear Steering (DRS) system, which controls the turning angle of the rear wheels, is used.
The front steering control ECU calculates the turning angle of the rear wheels based on signals from each sensor and ECU. The rear steering control ECU receives control signals from the front steering control ECU and operates the rear steering link assembly to perform system control.
The rear steering link assembly houses a low inertia, low noise and high power output brushless type motor.
