CONSTRUCTION
An oil filter with a replaceable oil filter element is used. The oil filter element uses a high-performance filter paper to improve filtration performance. It is also combustible for environmental friendliness.
A plastic filter cap is used for weight reduction.
A drain structure is provided to suppress oil spray when replacing the oil filter element. On 2WD models, a drain structure that makes it possible to drain the oil by aligning cutouts on the oil filter cap and case is provided. On AWD models, the oil filter cap is installed facing downward, so a drain structure that makes it possible to drain the oil by removing the drain plug from the oil filter cap and inserting the drain pipe is provided.
