CONSTRUCTION
A stepper motor type EGR valve assembly with excellent response characteristics is used to precisely control the EGR gas flow amount.
Circulating coolant to the EGR valve assembly ensures cooling performance of the valve sliding parts and the stepper motor.
The EGR delivery chamber is built into the intake manifold.
The EGR gas flow amount is controlled by the EGR valve assembly, and the gas is then introduced equally to the intake port for each cylinder via the hole in the side of the plate for each port of the EGR delivery chamber (intake manifold).
A 5-layer wave fin type EGR cooler assembly with excellent cooling efficiency is used.
