HYBRID BATTERY SYSTEM

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. A sirocco type fan, which is highly efficient and low noise, is used.

    2. Cabin air intake positions are provided under the rear seat to improve quietness inside the cabin.

    3. Materials with high sound insulation and heat-receiving reduction effects are used in the cooling duct to improve quietness inside the cabin and the cooling performance of the HV battery.

    4. Cool air is drawn into the inlets at the bottom of the right and left rear seat and sent to the HV battery through the intake ducts. The cool air enters the HV battery from the center and is directed down under the No. 1 and No. 2 HV supply stack sub-assemblies to flow between the battery cells from the bottom up, cooling the HV battery. Afterward, the cool air exits the luggage trim and disperses.
