REAR SUNSHADE SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. A rear sunshade system is used.

    2. When the integration control and panel assembly or the rear sunshade switch in the rear power seat switch*1 or on the rear multi operation panel*2 is operated with the engine switch on (IG), the rear sunshade system deploys the rear sunshade and covers the back window glass to protect the passengers in the rear seats from direct sunlight.


      • *1: Models without rear multi operation panel

      • *2: Models with rear multi operation panel

    3. A reverse-linked auto-retraction function is used. This function retracts the rear sunshade when the shift position is changed to R while the rear sunshade is being deployed. *


      • *: The reverse-linked auto-retraction function setting and the response time can be changed using the customization function. Refer to the Repair Manual for details.

    4. The screen sides of the rear sunshade are retracted into the pillar garnish, making it possible to cover the entire surface of the back window glass.

    5. The rear sunshade has a structure where it can be neatly retracted into the package tray trim, achieving a clean image when not in use.
