AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. The front pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly and rear pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly form an air room using the chamber, diaphragm and piston pipe, and the compressed air in the air room acts as a spring. Binding the diaphragm using the outer pipe achieves a space-saving design.

    2. The taper angle of the piston pipe is optimized to improve the flatness of the sprung mass.

    3. The outer pipe of the rear pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly is made from aluminum to achieve weight reduction.

    4. The chambers of the front pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly* and the rear pneumatic cylinder with shock absorber assembly are made thinner to achieve weight reduction.
