CONSTRUCTION
The oil pump is installed on the timing chain cover assembly and uses compact and high efficiency cycloid gear teeth for the direct drive method of the crankshaft.
The discharge volume and relief pressure of the oil pump are optimized to improve fuel economy.
This oil pump uses an internal relief method which circulates relief oil to the suction passage in the oil pump. This aims to minimize oil level change in the oil pan, reduce friction, and reduce the air mixing rate in the oil.
