CONSTRUCTION
A lightweight and thin cast-aluminum intake manifold and a lower intake manifold sub-assembly are used, resulting in a 2-stage structure. Also, the port diameter and port length have been optimized, achieving high output and high torque.
Small-head bolts (that have smaller heads than standard bolts of the same thread diameter) are used to enable an expansion in the diameter of the intake manifold and lower intake manifold sub-assembly ports, achieving improved power output of the engine due to enhanced intake performance.
