CONSTRUCTION
An air cleaner assembly (for dual intake system) with the secondary port equipped has been positioned on both the left and right sides. The intake air volume is increased and engine output performance is improved by opening the secondary port while in a high-speed range.
A cassette type air cleaner cap sub-assembly is used in consideration of replacement serviceability. Also, a fine fiber layer is added on the paper filter surface of the air cleaner filter element sub-assembly to improve cleaning performance.
An air cleaner assembly LH and air cleaner assembly RH are positioned at each intake air flow meter sub-assembly.

The fine fiber sound absorbing material, which is also utilized as an air guide, is positioned in the air cleaner assembly to reduce intake pressure loss and high-frequency engine noise, improving the balance of the engine sound.
