A thin sheet iron fuel tank assembly is used.
The fuel tank uses a saddle shape to allow the propeller shaft to pass under the center portion of the tank. Also, a jet pump is used to transfer the fuel from the side of the tank which does not have a fuel pump to the side which does have a fuel pump.
A fuel drain mark has been provided at the lowest position of the fuel tank assembly. When dismantling (scrapping) the vehicle, drain fuel by drilling a hole at the drain mark.
