CONSTRUCTION
A serpentine belt drive system is used to drive all auxiliary mechanisms with 1 belt. An automatic belt tensioner (V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly) is used, improving serviceability.
An alternator pulley that is equipped with a rotational speed fluctuation dampener is used. As a result, the number of ribs on the V-ribbed belt (fan and alternator V-belt) is minimized, reducing the friction of the V-ribbed belt (fan and alternator V-belt) and improving fuel efficiency.
2 rubber dampers are used for the crankshaft pulley, optimizing the damping characteristics of the torsion direction. As a result, weight reduction and reliability are achieved.
A crankshaft damper sub-assembly is used. A rubber damper is used in the crankshaft damper sub-assembly, improving quietness.
