A metal overlay is used on the inside surface of the crankshaft bearing to support the high-load and high-speed driving that occurs due to the use of a turbocharger.
The shape of the sliding surface of the crankshaft thrust washer is optimized, ensuring reliability.
A resin overlay is provided for the sliding surface of the crankshaft thrust washer, reducing friction and ensuring reliability.
Lead-free materials have been used for the crankshaft in consideration of environmental issues.
