SFI SYSTEM

The engine coolant temperature sensor detects the engine coolant temperature and contains a built-in thermistor that undergoes significant changes in resistance according to coolant temperature. The sensor detects changes in the engine coolant temperature according to the changes in the thermistor resistance value.
