FUNCTION
When the engine switch is on (IG) and the rear window defogger and mirror heater switch*1 or rear window defogger switch*2 is pushed, this system is activated to keep the defogger heater on for approximately 15 minutes. Also, under the specified conditions*3, another 45 minutes (maximum) is added to the operation time.

*1: Models with mirror heater system
*2: Models without mirror heater system
*3: Power generated by the generator assembly is stable, the outside temperature is low and the vehicle speed is a certain speed or more.
When the battery voltage drops, the rear window defogger system may not operate in order to ensure that there is enough power for other systems.
