OUTLINE
A headup display has been used to enable the driver to see driving information more easily within their field of view.
The meter mirror ECU and the structure of the windshield glass enable the headup display to project an image as if it is displayed outside of the windshield glass.
A color display is used to display multiple pieces of information in an easy-to-see manner, achieving superior visibility and innovation.
A high intensity display is achieved to ensure sufficient visibility even in bright environments during the day.
A wedge-shaped inner PVC film is used in the windshield glass to achieve a pleasant windshield glass appearance and counteract the double image effect.
Headup display adjustment operations can be performed using steering pad switches, making it possible for the driver to perform adjustment while maintaining a driving position posture.
When the navigation system is performing route guidance, the turn-by-turn display (simple arrow navigation display), distance to the intersection and compass display are displayed.*
