A European Norm (EN) battery is used.
A compact and lightweight segment conductor type generator assembly that generates high amperage output in a highly efficient manner is used.
Operation of the clutch set to the generator pulley cancels generator pulley inertia and helps to prevent slipping of the fan and generator V belt. This achieves a low tension fan and generator V belt with reduced friction.
The battery is installed in the luggage compartment, so it is further from the generator assembly than if it were installed in the engine compartment. As a result, the voltage is much lower. A battery state sensor is used to accurately detect the battery terminal voltage.
