  1. FUNCTION


    1. The system has a dual path design in the intake for the air cleaner assembly. An air intake control valve and actuator control the choice of air flow path. As a result, a reduction of intake noise in the low-speed range and an increase in the power output in the high-speed range are achieved.

    2. The ECM controls the operation of the air intake control valves by switching the VSV according to engine conditions.
