LIGHTING SYSTEM


  1. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS

    Component Function
    Central Gateway ECU (Network Gateway ECU) Relays the signals between the CAN communication lines.
    Certification ECU (Smart Key ECU Assembly) Sends power switch condition signals to the main body ECU(multiplex network body ECU).

    Turn Signal Switch


    • Light Control Switch

    		 Sends the light control switch position signal to the steering sensor.
    No . 1 Headlight ECU Sub-assembly LH/RH Supplies power to the headlights.
    Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) Receives various signals and illuminates the headlights.
    Steering Sensor Sends the light control switch position signal to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU.

  2. SYSTEM CONTROL


    1. The follow me home system operates if the lever of the turn signal switch is pulled and released when both of the following conditions are met:


      • The power switch is off.

      • The light control switch is in the ○ (off)* or AUTO position.


      • *: Models with light control switch (off position)
