  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The yawrate sensor consists of a semiconductor type yawrate sensor and a semiconductor type deceleration sensor which are combined into a single small part, and it is positioned at the bottom of the front floor console box.

    2. The yawrate sensor detects changes in the capacitance of the detection part that occur as a result of the vehicle rotating around its vertical axis as the angular velocity (yaw rate) of the vehicle.

    3. When the vehicle rotates around its vertical axis, the capacitance of the detection part changes. The deceleration sensor measures these changes and converts them to electrical signals.
