HYBRID TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. An air cooled type oil cooler is provided in the lower tank of the radiator assembly. Furthermore, a water cooled type oil cooler is positioned in the cooling cycle, ensuring superior cooling performance. Increases in the ATF temperature are suppressed at high loads, such as during sporty driving, achieving enhanced reliability. Also, the water cooled type oil cooler is equipped with an ATF warmer function to quickly warm the ATF when the engine is cold, reducing losses due to friction.

    2. The ATF is cooled by passing through the oil cooler to directly cool MG1 and MG2. Also, a structure that uniformly cools the stator coil ends using the centrifugal force of the rotating rotor shaft is used to improve cooling performance.
