CONSTRUCTION
The multi stage shift device is composed of 2 planetary gears, 4 friction engagement components and a 1-way clutch. The tooth surface grinding of the planetary gear and the optimized tooth shapes are used to achieve excellent quietness. Also, low drag friction material is used in the friction engagement component to achieve high efficiency.

The 2 planetary gears optimize the angle of the gear engagement to reduce vibration, helping to enhance quietness.
