Windshield Deicer System (Models with Windshield Deicer System)
The windshield deicer system uses a heater element in the windshield glass to help reduce the formation of ice where the front wipers park.
An acoustic layer laminated windshield is used.
The window defogger system uses a heater wire on the back door glass to defog the back door glass.
The window defogger system and mirror heater function are activated at the same time when the rear window defogger switch is operated. For details about the mirror heater function, see the Mirror System in the MIRROR (EXT) section.
