OUTLINE
The theft deterrent system can sound an alarm when somebody attempts to forcibly enter the vehicle, open the engine hood, unlock any door without the door control transmitter assembly*1 or electrical key transmitter sub-assembly*2, or when a battery terminal is disconnected and reconnected.
The system consists of door lock control system parts, wireless door lock control system parts, an intrusion sensor*3, a security indicator light, a security horn*4 and a theft warning siren assembly*5.
The system is controlled by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

*3: Models with intrusion sensor (theft warning ultrasonic sensor)
