REAR SUSPENSION SYSTEM

  1. CONSTRUCTION

    1. A lightweight hollow type rear stabilizer has been adopted to reduce weight. (2WD models only)

    2. The stabilizer bar is connected to the rear axle carrier sub-assembly via ball joints. This enhances responsiveness during initial roll, ensuring good roll characteristics.

    3. Stabilizer bar bushes which have an inter-ring and a Teflon inner liner have been adopted. The deflection of the opening of the bush is suppressed by the inter-ring, therefore enhancing the response of the stabilizer bar, achieving both controllability and stability.
