  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The exhaust manifold is made of stainless steel with excellent heat and rust resistance. The wall has been made thinner to reduce weight as well as to enhance the TWC warm-up capability by reducing heat capacity.

    2. A shell type construction has been adopted for the exhaust manifold to enhance the TWC warm-up capability by reducing heat capacity. As a result, emissions are reduced.

    3. Exhaust manifold heat insulators are provided for the top and bottom of the exhaust manifold to cover the entire exhaust manifold. Cooling holes have been provided on the No. 1 and No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulators to reduce the exhaust manifold surface temperature, improving durability.
