EXHAUST SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. A stainless steel exhaust pipe is used.

    2. On 2WD models, Three-Way Catalytic converters (TWCs) are provided in the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly and front exhaust pipe assembly to reduce exhaust emissions.

    3. On AWD models, TWCs are provided in the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly and center No. 2 exhaust pipe assembly to reduce exhaust emissions.

    4. By locating the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly close to the engine unit, rapid warming of TWCs is promoted, which leads to low emissions.
