  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A fuel pressure sensor is installed to the fuel delivery pipe.

    2. The fuel pressure sensor consists of a semiconductor which utilizes the characteristics of a silicon chip that changes its electrical resistance when pressure is applied to it. The sensor converts the fuel pressure into an electrical signal, and sends it to the ECM in an amplified form.
